On Friday at 11:05 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michael J. Tilley, age 44 of Naples, for aggravated driving while intoxicated on State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Canandaigua.Tilley was stopped for driving over the double solid line three times on State Route 5 & 20 as well as driving with no side view mirror on the motor vehicle. Tilley submitted to a Datamaster DMT test which revealed that he was driving while intoxicated by alcohol. Tilley was issued citations for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, and no left side mirror. He will answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Canandaigua Court.
